Highlights:
Matt Clement, a native of Clinton, Maine and a graduate of finished up
his Mariners career in style with an incredible 2003-04 season. Averaging 22.3 points per game (ppg) and 16.0 rebounds per game (rpg) he was named
1st team All-NAC, NAC "Player of the Year", 1st team All-Maine, and Maine's "Player of the Year". His
16.0 rpg made him the NCAA Division III national rebounding champion. He was also named 1st team All-NAC and to the NAC All-Tournament team
during his 2002-03 season. Matt finished his Mariners career 1,388 points (3rd all-time) and 815 rebounds (2nd all-time). He also holds
Mariners records for blocked shots in a career with 169, in a season with 69, and in a game with 10.
